name and/or artist wanted!

Please help me before I lose my mind and the will to live!!

I heard this song in 2004/2005 on a music channel. I cannot remember the name of the song or of the artist. All I can remember is the actual music video. All it consisted of was a man (maybe wearing glasses and a sweatband round his head) and he is rollerskating/blading around a hall and the camera is in front of him following round and round in circles - and that is basically it.

I dont think this song ever made it into the charts - I cant recall ever hearing it on the radio either. It was just one of them one-offs if you know what I mean that rarely ever gets played.

Think the man was American also.
