Solved: Unidentified old song

Hi,

I've got a song in the head for many hours and i'd like to know what song it is to finally listen to it but i can't figure it out ..
the chorus went something like this : "baby you know me you want me you got me", sang by a black lady i think, R'n'B sound-a-like, smooth ambiance, bluesy, her voice was a little "destroyed", little bit like Lauryn Hill .. i'm not sure about the lyrics cause i was not very old, and i didn't understood english as well .. i hope you'll be able to help me .. !
