i cannot find this song for the life in me...please help!

ok, this is my last hope and you guys have never let me down in the past so i have confidence, lol. ive looked absolutely everywhere and i cant find out what this song is called. i know that i'm not giving you much to work with but the only part of the song that i know is "here and now". this song is sung by a male artist and sounds alot, if not the same, as rob thomas' voice from matchbox twenty, but hes not the singer from what ive seen so far. "here and now" is part of the chorus and he's almost yelling it compared to the rest of the song. ive looked through youtube, google, every lyric site known to man it seems and i cant find this song. i dont believe it's that old...maybe a year or two but like i said it sounds just like, if not him, rob thomas. any assistance you can offer or any help you can give is very much appreciated!

Is it possible he's singing EVEN NOW instead. You don't give any clues as to the age of the recording or where you heard it.
