Need help to find a psalm

I need help to find a psalm, on youtube would be great.

I have the lyrics to it, and I've been told that no one really knows who wrote this psalm or what it's called.
That may be wrong so if you know the title and the writer of the song then it would be great if you could tell it.
I would really appreciate if you could help me
