    Thanks for the help but that's not the song I'm searching for...
    It's sung by a woman. I thought it might be Dionne Warwick but I can't find a song like that by her. It's an old one... from the late 70s i think....

    But it's neither Gladys Knigt or The Style Counsil.

    I got the lyrics written down somewhere at home... I'll look for them and post it. Maybe someone will recognise it then....
