middle-eastern language?

Hello everyone.
Could someone write down the words of chorus in the attached song? and preferably give translation of them?

some people suggested that it may be Indian, Pakistani, well to me it sounds middle-eastern..I don't know.. some people said it's Arabic but I learnt from some people who speak Arabic that it is not..
