need help identifiying hip hop song

2008/2009 song possibly by someone such as chris brown, neyo or usher. starting to forgot exact lyrics, but some of the words in the chorus i believe go like......"what does it got to do....hey....hey", that repeats two or three times.

Theres another song...believe its a new song...chorus sung by a female....hip hop song......chorus is..."we living hood life, to us its all right...". might not be exact lyrics.

lol ok nvm i found the first song...jahvon - top of the line.....i had it all along and had no idea where i heard it. I just need the second one(see second paragraph^)
