la saguesera - its a part of miami which is basiclly from Little Havana down to Calle 8
pegao - different meanings. like bailar pegao - to dance really close (perreo)
guayen - dance reggaeton. (that's the only way i can translate it)
if i'm wrong, please someone correct.

no not really... calle 8 is just a famous street in little havana, basiclly filled with a bunch of cuban restaurants, cuban music. in his song there is no mention of it though, he just stole the beat from the song "Calle 8" that's pretty much it lol.

="the matatan looks after your property/estate for you."
According to the Urban Dictionary a matatan is someone who is of respect and everyone looks up to as being the man:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=matatan
"Finca" is a estate or country house/ranch, although I guess that depending on the context it could also mean a woman.
“If cats looked like frogs we'd realize what nasty, cruel little bastards they are. Style. That's what people remember.” ― Terry Pratchett.

El matatan is like the Man...el Cangri
Finca is like a grass field..or an open field..he's referring to female 'bush'...
The Man (him) will take care of your field (Bush)....
It has a sexual connotation.....but what reggaeton doesn't! lol
