Song from an MTV tolerance commercial

Hey there,

Once again I have a question for you guys.
There is a really nice commercial on mtv about tolerance. At the beginning there an old woman sitting on a chair, knitting or something like that. Then the camera moves towards the neighbouring flats and there are lots of different people performing different styles of music. At the end the old woman shows up again and her face is shining bright full of happiness. Lastly there's a note on the screen - MTV Tolerance.

The music is sort of a classical piece and it's really well known. It's just that I dont know the exact name of it.

I would be really grateful if anyone could post the name of the song, because it gives me chills everytime i see the commercial.
