Wink Need help to Identify this masterpiece

I would like to know which song is this the lyrics go like

when the moonlight meets the dreams when you sway in the night breeze when you smile, that's what i live for in this beautiful world
you're the reason, and the rhyme, you're that moment, lost in time ,if you're all i got, that's a lot in this beautiful world

The link for the video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTstD...eature=related

Is it louis Armstrong , BB King , Ray Charles coz i did not find any such numbers in their records. This is an amazing mushy song. Any help in identifying this song would be appreciated.

    Regards

    Default Hmm....

It's definitely Louis Armstrong. That is a gorgeous song, and I never heard it before today! I would say by deduction alone that it's called "In This Beautiful World," and it sounds like it was recorded in the 1950s-1960s (he died in 1971). I bet it was originally written in the 1920s or '30s. It has a Hoagy Carmichael feel to it.

I can't find it on Google or Amazon. The people who did the Indigo Marina ad sure found a gem. Is this by chance a UK commercial?

    I'm going to keep digging.

    Here are the lyrics:

When the moonlight paints the trees
When leaves sway in the night breeze
    When you smile
    That's what I live for
    In this beautiful world

You're the reason and the rhyme
You're that moment lost in time
    If you're all I got
    That's a lot
    In this beautiful world

In my digging, I found a website called "Talk City." Someone actually tried to pass that off as their own writing! I published the link to the YouTube ad. You'll have to register to see the forum, but just Google the first two verses of the song and you'll see it listed in the results--WITHOUT attribution.

Sorry for ranting...I used to teach English and I can't stand plagiarism!!!

    Default more info

Okay...this song is out there someplace, but I may have been fooled by the voice based on this Google entry about Mumbai (another entry lists it under Best of Bombay). See the very last line.

    The Bonny Remedios Quartet
Bonny the last of the night club entertainers left in the city, featuring a bass player, a soft swing drummer, a saxophonist and Bonny on keyboards and vocals. Give him an audience and there's no stopping him. Bonny has modeled himself on Louis Armstrong, Fats Domino, and Ray Charles. He also does a lot of Latin Jazz. Catch the baritone voice behind the Indigo Marina ad.
