First of all Davud Güloğlu, whom I don't know much, is
"Karadenizli" i.e. from that area of Turkey in the north
along with the Black Sea, where steep mountains leave very
little space at the seaside. Very rainy (almost all the
time), greenful and a beautiful place, suitable
for growing "çay" (tea) and "fındık" (hazelnut (LUID)).
(Note: I have not been there so don't count on me)

When a few of Karadenizli come together, I don't know how they find it, but,
there is always a man playing kemençe and others performing a very fast
dance in their own style.

Another musical instrument called with the same name is used in
"Türk Sanat Müziği" (Turkish Art Music)[TSM] /* well I don't find the name
proper. It gives an impression to be implying as if art is
made only in this style */ and have a very much opposite character.
The latter one is called "klasik kemençe"

Kemençe is used in "Türk Halk Müziği [THK]" (Turkish Folkloric Music),
mainly in the "Karadeniz Bölgesi" (Region).
