Solved: Title of song?

This is a video from a Greek show.
At 3:15 it starts and although it sounds familiar to me I couldn't find anything on the net related to the lyrics and also my friends couldn't help me.
A portion of the lyrics I remember: "You know ,it's been a long time,since I've seen your face.."
And then chorus is like "hey,hey,hey oh yeah.."
