The track is apparently called 'Club Sound' by Michal Cymbalista . He originates from Poland I think and also records under tha name of Hypnos.
If you look at the info bar at the right hand side of the You Tube clip that you added in your thread, it actually mentions the track there.

You can buy / listen to the track here at the bottom of the page linked below but at $34.95 it seems a bit expensive for one track [IMO]

I have checked Beatport but can't find the release there.
