goin nuts trying to find a song by lyrics

i know this band is alternative i believe. it always comes up Nickleback but i know it's not.
the lyrics are in what i believe is the "chorus" this is all i know.
It sounds like they say, So far away from me so long, so far awayyyyyy.
too far away from me too long so far awayyyy.
song starts out slow and gets heavier. help!

Checked out Crossfade - So Far Away, Wolfmother - Far Away, Staind - So Far Away, Linkin Park, Tool and Nightwish - Over The Hills And Far Away, even Dire Straits - So Far Away, with no luck. Sorry. All have similar wording, but not what you're looking for.

It seems very odd that there's another track out there with the same lyrics as those by Nickelback! Oh well, I'll keep searching.

Hint: if you use Google, try to add a -nickelback to your search string. The '-' means: show results EXCEPT for anything containing "Nickelback"... that ought to rule 'em out ^^
