Obviously, this one is going to be challenging.
The song sounds a little like "Turkey in the straw" and "Yakety Sax." In the vein of Herb Alpert/Tijuana Brass and Scott Joplin. Might be jazz or ragtime from the 60s or 70s. I'll do my best to describe the song:
High Trumpet: "dada dada dat dat dada dada dada dat," Lower register: "dodo doot dodo doot dodo dodo dodo doot."
Repeats throughout the song with variations. Song has no lyrics that I can remember.
This might be a novelty song, but it's a start.

On Emerson, Lake and Palmer's 1972 album "Trilogy", they recorded a version of Aaron Copeland's song "Hoedown" from Rodeo. It is an instrumental which ELP inserted a short piece of the song "Turkey in the Straw".

I instantly recognized the tune from your download but it has been used in so many TV commercials that I can't remember the original artist or song name. It evokes images of a circus for me for some reason....
Or it's part of some old Polka dance. It even sounds a little like the Chicken Dance.
