Please help name this house song!

i've been hearing this song on party 105.3, usually in the later hours of the night. the only lyrics i know are "we built this house, with love, from scratch."

i tried looking them up but it keeps giving me this song called "we built this house" by the heller and farley project. it's not the right one. it's much more upbeat!

changes in the music happen throughout the song and some guy in another language starts singing..

the song is awesome! if anyone knows what it is please let me know!
