I would like a translation of a song called I'm your man by SS501: It's a catchy tune I've heard several times now on a latin internetradio station

The video has some kind of translation but it's not really readable. I don't even know what language it is, my guess would be something asian like Korean

I dare not post any lyrics I can find on the net, because I can't check weather it's not complete nonsense someone made up

So I would be grateful if anyone could post certified lyrics and/or translate them to english.
