Help finding a song at Kohl's!

I was at Kohls today and this song came on...it was a male singer and he kinda slurred all the words together at points it seemed like, but I made out one of the lines in the chorus that went something like, "see the twinkle in your eye". Kinda sounded like U2, but pretty sure it wasn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
