Default Italian or Spanish rock song, some lyrics and video description inside

Hi there! I've started searching for this song once more after I didn't succeed some years ago. It's a video I watched on MTV show "Hell's Kitchen" in Germany, where rock and metal songs got some screentime. But the show has been cancelled and I'm only left here with some of the lyrics of the wanted song and a brief description of the video! I googled like hell but it seems the song doesn't actually exist, but I'm very sure of it. The words may not be totally correct but I hope you get the general idea:

    encuentras sentido en este cielo...
    tengas que venir...
    ... con tus natos...
    llora ... cuerpo ... vivir
    encanto tus noches

    ...con tus manos
(<-- these are the last words sung)

I know these are spanish, but I could have misheard and the song is italian, I don't know anymore I wrote down the words several years ago and cannot remember.

The video features a rock band of five men (maybe four, maybe six), starring a very handsome singer and one or more females. It is all blue, except for spilled red wine that probably resembles blood because the video was subtly vampire-themed. I also remember a guitar solo with a long haired guitarist and the name "sonor" branded across the drums. So many details but not the name of the band

Please, if you know anything that can help me, ... I'm dying to get this song!

Maná is a very well-known band outside Spanish-speaking countries, while the Heroes de Silencio were that in the 90s

That's the two I know off the top of my head.

    Hi pianoman

I've just checked them both, but neither is what I'm looking for, I'm afraid they are too old. The band I mean is rather young and kind of "modern". Their video has been aired around 2002 or 2003, something like that. But your help is very much appreciated!

May I ask again if anyone knows this song? It really seems to be impossible to find
