i know this is some shakespeare stuff but i've heard this song numerous times and cannot find it

any help would be greatly appreciated

first time i heard the song i'm trying to find was in 2000 or 2001.... i found it on one of the old p2p networks under the name "ultimate rave song".... but again that was obviously a made up name....

its a guy's voice talking (monotoned and familiar sounding)
he says quotes from shakespears twelfth night

but the song has an awesome beat and its driving me nutz that i cant find it
