Solved: Jazzy popsong with female voice

Here's a song I am looking for since 2006 I guess. I recorded it from radio then and have been trying to find out the artist information since.
The music is a bit jazzy and it's sung by a female voice.

Some parts of the lyrics are these (the text in brackets is "whistled" in the background):
