Looking for yet another song - this one's sung by a man, my guess is he's North-American, could be part of a band - tho no idea really.
It's a slow, kinda sad song, with a rock-ish flavour.
I remember part of the chorus (or maybe it's a part that always leads up to the chorus - can't be quite sure). It starts:

Misery loves company
And misery loves/wants a family

Thanks for your suggestions, but it's none of those unfortunately. These are all too much actual rock songs, whereas the one I'm looking for is much slower and calmer (I guess I just felt that the song sounded like the sort of ballad track that (more middle-of-the-road) rock bands sometimes play). The singer's voice also seemed to suit that sort of band I think.
