I am looking for somebody who can Identify the song in this link (starts playing at 0:47). I wish to do so in in case It gets removed. I have heavily regretted not asking the names of songs I liked in the past, so therefore I wish to identify and have this one on the brain.

Using my high school Japanese, I tried Googling words but I'm not finding anything. It does sound like they say "Enter the Race" in English at the end of the clip... It also sounds like the same woman in both songs but I can't find the first one either. Have you tried asking zzzdx what the song is?

I posted the question on the channel a while ago, but I have recieved no reply
