1. The Latin American one "ustedes". The verb "to be" in this case is: (Ustedes) son.
2. The Spanish one "vosotros". The verb "to be" in this case is: (Vosotros) sois.
... but Jordi is only one bloke, so in this case it's not "sois", but "eres"
