Name of this song?

Hi,
I'm trying to find the name of the song used in this advert, it starts at about 1.28: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tulPc...layer_embedded . It's for a mixtape for an Australian friend who is leaving work and I know she loves this song. I've tried e-mailing the company with no reply. I'm not sure whether it was just commissioned for this ad, but somehow I get the impression it was a whole song - it sounds edited to me.

Many of the lyrics are audible. I'd suggest writing them down and doing a Google search on them, possibly preceded by the keyword "lyrics".

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to come up anywhere on the internet - that was the first thing I tried.
There is a song by a band called Lo Pro with some of these lyrics but it is a completely different song.
Maybe it was just written for this ad.
