Anyone know this song's name?

The beat is pretty happy up beat but not so fast and a lot of saying in the song. So I can't quite figure out what he is saying.

But middle of some where like" ---- up on the hill-------my heat bit like this" and some Couple of Drum
Sounds follow.

The song was sung by a male singer/current musician.

The key part of the song is after "My heart beat like this" and Couple of Drum sounds added right after that.

Finally I got the name of the song that was looking for last week.

The song's name: Rhythm of Love.

The music group: Plain White T's

It is a gentle lilting upbeat rhythm song.
It is a pretty good, I recommend it!
