Long shot - R&B track

Hi all

I was out recently at a nightclub, and I heard this old R&B track that I recognised from years back and I'd love to find out what it is.

It sounds like late 90's to me but could be later. Think along the lines of Total or 112

The lyrics go something along the lines of this (I think):

"I can't go on, something something something something, baby can't you see, you are my destiny"

I'm nearly sure it's a female singing

If anyone has any ideas I'd be grateful!
