then comes Arabic and Hindi which I can't help you, but there are in this forum translators who can!!

I know Hindi cause i can speak Urdu and both languages are similar in speaking(saying) but i am learning Arabic in institute , i think it's not Arabic language in it , maybe i am wrong but i don't think so .

To be honest,first I heard the video, and I though the second verse was also Spanish, but couldnt understand the meaning of the lines... then I google and found some lyrics which said Spanish-"Arabic"-Hindi .. but to me it doesn't sound Arabic


And Im listening and listening the video, to me sounds something like this:
