This is a mixed English/Greek song, the first part is in English and I think that this is the lyric but I'm not sure.
Can anybody please confirm it or correct it to me.

This is actually a cover of a very old Greek song (1929). The title is "Manolis Hasiklis / Μανώλης Χασικλής" and was written by Giannis Dragatsis (or Ogdontakis) a very important Minor Asian violonist from Izmir. There are various versions of this song during the years. For me the best are the first ones by Andonis Dalgas and Kostas Nouros with the original minor asian sound.
Unfortunatelly, I could not find the "Dalgas" version but the one by Nouros is available. Antonis Dalgas from Istanbul and Kostas Nouros from Izmir are probably the best singers of their kind highly appreciated by both Greek and Turkish.

p.s. There are no english lyrics -of course- in the original version.
