New-Agey song from college radio (audio clip)

I heard this song on a local college radio. I tried Shazam, but it wasn't identified. I can't remember exactly which college radio station it was on, but I checked all the ones with playlists and that was no help. I also can't make out any lyrics to Google :-/.
