Bin atlı o gün dev gibi bir orduyu yendik!

Ak tolgalı beylerbeyi haykırdı: ilerle!
Bir yaz günü geçtik Tuna'dan kafilelerle...

Şimşek gibi bir semte atıldık yedi koldan.
Şimşek gibi Türk atlarının geçtiği yoldan.

Bir gün dolu dizgin boşanan atlarımızla,
Yerden yedi kat arşa kanatlandık o hızla..,

Cennette bugün gülleri açmış görürüz de,
Hâlâ o kızıl hâtıra titrer gözümüzde!

We were merry as children at the raids which had a thousand riders

In a summer day,we passed through the Tuna by troops

Şimşek gibi bir semte atıldık yedi koldan,
We attacked at a district like lightening through seven direction

Şimşek gibi Türk atlarının geçtiği yoldan.
Through the road which the like lightning Turk horses passed

Bir gün yine dolu dizgin boşanan atlarımızla
One day, again, with our horses which run with full speed

Yerden yedi kat arşa kanatlandık o hızla...
We rised to the seven floor highest heaven by that speed

We are seeing the bloomed roses in the paradise today,but

That red memory still trembles in our eyes
