Italian electronic squeaky girly voice song (please help)

Some time ago I ran into this song that I really like, a song with a girl 'singer' in combination with a techno bacground of some sorts. I do bealive its origin is Italian and the 'singers voice is somewhat simular to that of Gummybears (But not the same as it is more girly).

The lyrics go something like (extremely rough example): rapapa barilidarim da ringtadora ding dang do..
