80s funk / new wave song

Hi Everyone,

I'm having trouble finding a song from the early 80s - I heard it on the radio the other day

I don't know many of the lyrics, but part of the chorus starts off as 'dance tonight' or 'time is right'

The song is in D minor and uses theses following chord progression throughout:

Intro and first verse (I think) D minor C major G major
Chorus: D minor, C major, B flat major.

The verses are sung by two people - I think it's a male and female, or two males, not sure. But when they sing the verses, they sing the same thing but an octave apart.

The song's tempo is approx 115bpm

Not sure if this is much help, but that's all the info I have at the moment.

Hooray! I found it. I just heard it on the radio - Turns out it was "I'm Only Shooting Love by The Time Bandits"
