    What a pity! Baklava is more common but you can't find "diples" outside Greece, I suppose. I should try myself if I get a receipt but it should be difficult if YOU can't make up

    I don't know the base receipt but if I remember well there is orange juice in the paste and after being fried, diples are plunged into hot honey, covered with finely minced walnuts. What a delight : it makes my mouth water
