Name of this 80s throwback song I heard at Forever 21

The song sounded like an 80s throwback remade, but it had some techno sounding voices in it, primarily a female voice. The chorus went like this: "I hate you, I need you, I .....you?? Never want you back???" or I think she says "I want you back" idk? But I heard this song recently this Friday, June 15, 2012 at the Cherry Hill Forever 21 in New Jersey. I've heard it on the radio before but when I searched the top songs NOTHING matched! I am going crazy here bc I can't find who sings this!!! PLEASE HELP! I woke up this morning with the tune in my head, its a really good song! THank you!

*UPDATE: The girl's voice sounds similar to Keri Hilson's in "The Way I Are"
