Söylüyüm is i5tisar(kıs) for Söylüyorum
but you don't write in this way
write in the formal normal way xD

Even as a colloquial abbreviated form, "söylüyüm" is merely SO wrong. The short form for "söyleyeyim" (I shall say/tell) would be "söyliim".
"Söylüyüm" sounds like "I am Söylü", or "I am from Söy/I am Söy-ish". And I would not know, what "Söylü" or "Söy" should be.
