What's this damn song

I watched a Disney promo on youtube and really like the song but can't find it anywhere, even when using programmes like Shazam or searching the lyrics.
If anyone knows the song or knows if it was just written for the promo etc I'd be very grateful!

So far can't find anything. I'm even trying to search using the most logical song title possibility IMO. It's Your World. The singer says it several times during the song, at least twice during each refrain. Hopefully that leads to something.
