SOLVED song on radio luxemburg help

hope someone can help, heard song on radio luxemburg in 1973/74 they played it a lot but dont think radio 1 played it. the chorous goes...".join in.., lets get the party going, join in .......da dada..." cant remember the rest. Thought it was by Wally as I remember an ad in a music paper of the time with the moon and stars logo that Wally used but think time is clouding my memory as there is no record of Wally issuing such a single nor is it their type of music. nor is it on their albums or listed anywhere . I know theres not much to go on but this has been doing my head in on and off for decades Help!!!
