Hello from Armenia!

I was wondering if anyone can translate this lovely song of John Berberian. I'm used to listening to his beautiful Armenian tunes, but I also really liked this latest song that I stumbled upon. It is in Turkish. I understand maybe 1 out of every 20 words, which is definitely not enough to get the jist of this wonderful song. I find it to be so mature + sexy sounding, from just the combo of instruments and John Berberian's voice. I would appreciate any help you may offer. (lyrics + translation please)

Excellent song. He has a heavy accent, and you know, singing such songs, you extend or shorten the sounds, but I think I understood it correctly. I had my doubts at first but the possible things I might have misunderstood are minor things anyway, like meneviş or menengiç - meneviş is the seed of terebinth tree and menengiç is the tree itself. - Still, feel free to say it if you understand things differently than me.
