No because the adjective is qualifying the noun "origen", which happens to be male; thus, even if we are talking about a woman, a girl or a female object, the adjective remains male:

-El doctor López es de origen colombiano.
-La doctora Torres también es de origen colombiano.

-El tiramisù es un postre de origen italiano.
-La pizza también es de origen italiano.

    Capisci? Fahma?

    Lol Viva

    Alegrar - to make happy
the subject will be the object or event that makes one happy.
    So,

It/he/she/You(formal) makes me happy: me alegra
they/you(pl) make me happy: me alegran
you make me happy: me alegras

    Me alegra(n) - I'm happy
    Te alegra(n) - You're happy
Se alegra(n) - He, she, you (formal) is/are happy
    Nos alegra(n) - We're happy
(Os alegra(n) - You (formal, plural) are happy ) - used in parts of Spain
Se alegra(n) - They, you (plural) are happy

    Ok? ¿Entiendes?

well I will do it again tomorrow so wait for it this is a large lesson and kinda hard I was having problems to conjugate the verbs in vosotros form since I'm not from spanish I'm more used to ustedes form.
