Learning Albanian language

What a coincidence!! I saw my first Albanian video also two years ago in May
And I agree, it's very unusual and beautiful language, it's my most favourite language so far.

hmm... well I'm annoyed too that for example Greek or Turkish are more popular, I don't find them interesting at all lol , Albanian is ways better

Oh no, and I haven't even started asking about the aorist! But!! No sweat!!! Thanks to Haydee I'm the proud owner now of a full-fledged super-de-luxe Albanian Grammar that, no doubt, will answer all questions I care to ask, and a great many I don't even dare to ask.

Can somebody please check these verbs? Which are the correct Tosk forms?
I took (1) from a book and (2) from verbix.com

(1) ju qetë, (2) ju qeni (past tense of jam)
(1) ti do të japësh, (2) ti do të japsh
(1) ai do të japë, (2) ai do të japtë
(1) unë do të shoh, (2) unë do të shohm
(1) ju do të shihni, (2) ju do të shohni
(1) unë ndenja, (2) unë ndjenja
(1) unë do të rri, (2) unë do të rrim
(1) ai do të rrijë, (2) ai do të rritë
(1) ju zini, (2) ju zëni
(1) unë do të zë, (2) unë do të zëm

the right form is the first one.the second isn't

Thanks, nertila. I already emailed the people at verbix.com. The site claims that "Verbix conjugates correctly all verbs it knows." (and "If user enters a verb that Verbix doesn't know, Verbix tries to conjugate it assuming that the verb is regular"), but that's not the case. Otherwise it could have been a very useful site - hopefully they'll fix it in the future though.

Can u help me? What does it mean paska, paskeni? My albanian friends often write it in comments and I cannot find this word

paska - he/she has, or there is
paskeni - you have (you is plural like russian вы)

it's in admirative mood, so when they say it they express surprise or admiration.

We also have the proper albanian word "at" as in "atdhe" (fatherland) which I believe is of IndoEuropean origin, in the same vein as the latin p"at"er and the english f"at"ther.

Thanks) That was comment on my friend's page) I'm only the one his Ukrainian friend) He doesn't want me to explain, and they're mostly speaking on Tirana's dialect. He told me about this.

I see no one has been here in this thread lately. I have recently discovered muzikë shqiptare dhe të gjuhës and have downloaded many songs.
However, I have posted some songs for lyrics and translations and have not seen any responses lately. I would GREATLY appreciate it if some Albanian speakers would be so kind as to check them out for me.
