Gracias por tu ayuda. Maybe somebody tell me the meaning of candombera. I heard it in a song of natalia oreiro. 'Soy del rio de la plata, corazon latino, soy bien candombera, llevo siempre una sonrisa...'

"candombera" comes from candombe, and it applies to a woman that dances to that rythm
el candombe es un ritmo de uruguay, principalmente de la capital del pais, montevideo (natalia oreiro es uruguaya), es como una samba brasilera, o una murga argentina... un ritmo muy alegre, que se bailaba por las calles con tambores y otros instrumentos musicales. originado hace siglos con gran influencia africana por la cantidad de esclavos provenientes de aquel continente en las epocas coloniales de sudamerica
    es musica tipica de carnaval

    hope this helps

If I give you a rule... you will find many exceptions. Many times, if a word ends in "'a", it is going to have the femine form. WOrds with "o" at the end more often than not, have a masculine form. WOrds with "e", can go either way.

So.... la luna, la mesa, la silla.....
of course there is el planeta, and la mano... so you see how that is not always consistent but it gives you a start, of sorts.

When you learn each noun, make sure that you also learn if they are feminine or masculine. Always learn each individual word with the words un/una or la/el infront of it, so you learn it as a combination:

    la fiesta
    el pescado
    la taza
    la pluma
    el boligrafo

    una mesa
    un lapiz
    un papel
    una mano
    un pie

well, verga in argentina means d1ck, what we say here es "hacerse el pija" o "pasarse de pija" (pija and verga are synonyms)

so it may mean, "pasarse de listo" or "be a smart a s s", but I don't know in other countries...
