Holy week it is supposed to be a week of mourning, so no I can't celebrate. The bad thing with my birthday is that often is on Holy Week. Two years ago, it was on Holy Friday. On Holy Friday we are not allowed even to eat oil, not to eat cake and celebrate.

Hmm I'm not that religious, don't think that i go everyday to church, but Easter is one of the most important Greek celebrations, so yes i dont celebrate my birthday then. Also i fast and i dont want to be in a temptation to eat something that i cant.

Well not a lot people r doing that here...I'm not too...althought Easter is one of the biggest holidays here and I always go round the chirch

This March I don't do holidays. I will do it on April, with my birthday. I will go to Istanbul six days!!!

Ah Toni Istanbul is wonderful, I've been there last May and I had a great time. Also, Turks are so friendly.

Well what to explain...when it goes to Istanbul I can't say much couse when I was there it was raining cats and dogs and I couldn't see much, exept that it's reaaly big city...I went only to the bulgarian chirch there St. Stefan, which is made of iron, couse it's been burned twice.
The other pleaces I visit were really amazing-Kushadasu and Marmaris and beautiful modern tourist citys,I wish I could go there again...I visit also Pamukkale,U should go there it's interesting pleace;the house of virgin Mary,the pool of Cleopatra...it's just great,what more can I say!

Constantinopole is a very big city, but too bad isn't clean and the suburbs are horrible. But it's a nice city, it kept the ortodox churches, very good idea.
And also I'm glad that all the people I met there were speaking fluently English.
