Yo también conozco la expresión "lo hecho, hecho está" pero creo que el significado es que ya es algo "irremediable, ya está hecho" pero con la otra expresión tiene un matiz algo diferente, se trata de buscar al "culpable"como decir "si crees que lo he hecho yo, no hablemos más tu lo has dicho, tu lo crees por lo tanto yo no voy ni a confirmarlo ni a desmentirlo" sea cierto o no al final
O así creo yo entenderlo, al final todo depende del sentido que el hablante quiera darle
