De multe ori tăcerea e mai bună decāt răspunsul.
"sigur ca da" literally translates as "i'm sure that yes"
"cum sa nu" as "how to no"
which don't really make sense literally, but when I lived in Romania, the translation of "of course!" made sense to me. both phrases are an enthusiastic way of saying yes
Hope this helped!
Yes! Thank you for the help!! I didn't think I'd get a response until tomorrow sometime. I needed this quick for my lesson tomorrow night.
I had a feeling about what you said. However, "cum sa nu" is an enthusiastic way of saying "yes" as well?

sigur ca da = surely (the answer is ) yes
cum sa nu literally means how (could I ) not to
and yes they both mean "clearly yes"
mulţumesc mult krityx!

« Sigur că da » - Certainly
« Cum să nu » - How could I/it/you not ?

Ah, i see.
I've listened to a couple songs on the internet, but not enough to recognize. There are sooo many Norwegian bm bands, the music seems to all sound very similar to each other.

How would I say "Sorry. I have no money." ???
1. Imi pare rau, nu am bani
2. Regret, nu am bani.

Hi Everyone-I hope you are all having a great festive season with lot's of parties...
I wonder if someone can help me to apoligise to my boyfriend.
I know Imi pare rau is sorry. So I am good for the main part but I also want to say "Sometimes I can be too pushy and want my own way all the time."
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Romanian is coming on leaps and bounds. :-)
Cheers

It's something like this:
"Uneori pot fi prea insistenta si vreau ca lucrurile sa iasa asa cum vreau eu tot timpul."
You can also use "Iarta-ma" instead of "Imi pare rau" -it's more personal and means "forgive me" rather than " i feel sorry".
Good luck with your boyfriend...

Buna seara everyone.
How would I say "I'd like to wish Elena and all her fans a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year." ???
Thanks so much fly away smiling! Multumesc!
:-)
