wrong, nam is a pronoun so u can say 'mozhete nam pomognite' but we don't use it often - better use 'na nas'

yea, I know you have cases when use pronouns: Az, mene, mi and so on but I always forget dativna i akusativna forma

For example "Pomogni nam i nie shte pomognem vam" but better say "Pomogni ni i nie shte vi pomognem" ("Help us and we'll help you"). Pronouns like nam, van and etc. are used in poems, rhymes and songs. But in our speech now, we don't use it so much.

Here is a sample sentence that I made up. I will show you how I would translate it, and you all tell me what's wrong.


Do you know that you are a good doctor?

You Know - знаеш
That - този
You - ти
Are - си
Good - добър
Doctor - лекар

Знаеш ли този ти си добър лекар?



So, tell me what I did wrong

Do you know - Знаеш ли
that - че
you - ти
are - си
a good - добър
doctor - лекар

Знаеш ли, че ти си добър лекар?

But it sounds better like: Знаеш ли, че си добър лекар?

soo, i basically only missed the "che" part??

Che means "that" but in an opinion!! and with "Do you know that you are a good doctor" would be an opinon, so I would need "che'' instead of ''tozi'' right??

Yes! Che means that when in opinion.And the definite article is"the"

PROPEL, you must focus on the genders first. I think it will be the most difficult for you and any english speaker.

Sure, but there are few exeptions ... many words that ends with ''-ost" or "-est" (blg "-ост, -eст") are feminine like "mladost", "skromnost", "doblest" ... many other words are feminine but they're exceptions that you just have to learn on mind like "veczer", "prolet", "smart"
There are also exceptions with masculine ... few of them ends with "a" or "ya" like "bashta", "sadya" ... they are masculine even though they look feminine and act like feminine for example: bashta -> bashtata, not bashtayat
