Who can explain me this pronoun ли plss??
от това ли се страхуваш
и доволна ли съм била
------>Kaal ho na ho<------
------>Lebnan ya 2it3it sama<------
------>La 2ilaha 2illa allah<------
Ok i understand the part whit "LI".
But now i am confuse whit OT
ot=than
po-krasiva ot me=more beautiful than me
ot tova=than this......
------>Kaal ho na ho<------
------>Lebnan ya 2it3it sama<------
------>La 2ilaha 2illa allah<------
You can use "от" in many different ways. Usually "ot" in eng is "from".
For ex.
-You are from Bulgaria- Ti si ot Burgaria.
-From where u are coming- Ot kude idvash?
Only when u make comparison with something u are using "ot", like "than" for ex. more beautiful than me
Is it clear?)
If you have more question aboout this,ask![]()
Thank you Rosinaits clear.
..........................................
I really want to complicate the things
Теб=your...Теб очите=your eyes
Ти=you ...Ти искаш=you want
What about this ones?
Твоя=your ???
Твояте= ???
------>Kaal ho na ho<------
------>Lebnan ya 2it3it sama<------
------>La 2ilaha 2illa allah<------
*Теб-you for ex. She wants you-тя иска теб, there is different only in bulgarian about teb and ti.
* Ти-you, this is right, you want- ти искаш
*Твоя-your(right)
*Твоите-yours(plural)
*Нейно-her
*нейните-hers
i am here for queston![]()
Теб=your...Теб очите=your eyes - WRONG - Теб is not your. Теб is an objective pronoun, as "you" in I love you. Grammatical right is "тебе", "теб" is a short form, and "те" is the shortest form
I cant's explain you all, but here you may find very detail explanation:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulgarian_pronouns
Your = Твой (m), Твоя (f), Tвое(n), Твои(pl)... so "Your eyes" - 'твои очи' or when it's the object - "твоите очи" or "очите ти" (ти is a short form of твой/твоя/твое/твои)
Ти=you ...Ти искаш=you want - RIGHT
What about this ones?
Твоя=your ??? - RIGHT (But this may refers to two different meaning - 1- Твоя - Your(f); 2 - objective definition of "Твой" - "Твоя"(object) - "Твоят"(subject)
Твояте= ??? - THIS IS WRONG. There's no such word in Bulgarian.
May be it's "Твоите"=Your (plural) (Tвои(pl) with added article - the same for object or subject) or "Твоят е" = Your is
Thank you very much guys
......................
(-te) is the bulgarian article?Like:
очи=eyes очите=the eyes
.............................................
Who can conjugate me the verb "to be" at present.past and future plss?
I believe that it work also:
Ти красив=you (are) beautiful
Am i right?
------>Kaal ho na ho<------
------>Lebnan ya 2it3it sama<------
------>La 2ilaha 2illa allah<------
1/ -te is the bulgarian article for plural, yes, you're right
2/ Present:
I am - Аз съм (Az sum) - "u" as in Sun.
You are - Ти си (Ti si)
He (she, it) is - Той (тя, то) е (Toy/Tya/To e)
We are - Ние сме (Nie sme)
You are (pl) - Вие сте (Vie ste)
They are - Те са (Te sa)
future tense (fututrum)
I'll be - Аз ще съм OR Аз ще бъда * (Az shte sum/ Az shte buda) ("u" as in Sun)
You'll be - Ти ще си/Ти ще бъдеш (Ti shte si/Ti shte budesh)
He'll be - Той/Тя/То ще е/ ще бъде ( Toy/Tya/To shte e/bude)
We'll be - Ние ще сме / ние ще бъдем (nie shte sme / nie shte budem)
You'll be (pl) - Вие ще сте / вие ще бъдете ( vie shte ste / vie shte budete)
They'll be - Те ще са / Те ще бъдат (te shte sa / te shte budat)
* Both forms are right. I don't know how to define when one or the other form to use...
past tense - минало време (minalo vreme)
In bulgarian language there's two type of past tense generally. We have 9 tenses at all, so it's not easy to tell how it's in the past tense.
Минало свършено време - Past finished tense (aorist) - when the act is done in the past
Аз бях (Az byah)
Ти беше (Ti beshe)
Той беше (Toy beshe)
Ние бяхме (Nie byahme)
Вие бяхте (Vie byahte)
Те бяха (Te byaha)
Минало несвършено време - past unfinished tense (imperfect) - when the act is done in the past for the long time or not only once...
The conjugation of "be" is the same as in the past finised tense (but for other verbs is not the same).
минало неопределено време - past undefined tense (perfect)
Аз съм бил (Az sum bil)
Ти си бил (Ti si bil)
Той е бил (Toy e bil) - Тя е била (Tya e bila) - То е било (To e bilo)
Ние сме били (Nie sme bili)
Вие сте били (Vie ste bili)
Те са били (Te sa bili)
IMPORTANT: In bulgarian language is normal to drop the pronoun. Exclusion is present tense of "be".
It's normal to say "бях" (byah) instead "аз бях" (az byah), but it's not accepted to say "съм" (sum) instead "аз съм" (az sum).
3/ It's not right to drop "si" in "ti si krasiv"... The right is Ти си красив (you are beautiful).
You say "Ти си красив" (Ti si krasiv) when you tell this to a man.
When you say this to a girl, you have to say: Ти си красива ( Ti si krasiva).
Thank you so much Athanatos.
