The song's title is cardak (without "a" at the end)
It's difficult to find a matching English word.. maybe "stabbur" though this word refers to a Norwegian traditional storehouse. Where I live, what we call cardak is a building which upper part is wooden and used for storage of corn and lower part is made of bricks and usually it's a pigsty..
Judging by google image search, and English translation of the Turkish word, it can also be something like this; i.e. a covered space in the middle of yard..
