Well this is another example of a cover being MUCH better than the original.

I once had a friend (of a friend) who was born in Mexico City from "High Society", i.e., Euro-Spaniard blood (and money). She carried a noticeable "attitude" about her American-Spaniard kindred. The thing about Spanish music (per se) on this side of Atlantis (I mean the Atlantic) is that it has its own flair. A brand all its own really. And for me it conjures a whirl of thoughts and impressions. For example:

For this round, I came up with the theme title "The Culturalization of (a) Rock."

Please pardon the pun. You can interpret those five words any way you like, 'coz I intend it to mean at least two different things. ...

1. The "Rock" is the Americas (all of it), and it's also the Music (all of it).
2. The other implication is not so kind. Can a rock be cultured at all?

This song title is an American(?) colloquialism: In this case, the word about means definitely. Like, "WHOA Yeah." ...
That 2/4 thing with the organ (could also be an accordion) is the biggest clue to this song's genre, a.k.a > Tejano < (which also has other meanings).
