Question Please ID 80s soft pop, possibly ASIAN female artist

    Hi there guys,

I think on "that other forum" it will take another year until someone can solve this mystery posted quite a while ago. Knowing that a lot of people from Asia are reading this forum, there might be a quicker chance here.

Title MIGHT be "Sunday Wife" but i couldn't find anything with that so far.

And ... she MUST be Asian!
First, I do know that accent well.
Second, the good morning dear sounds typically "Asian English" to me as well. I would no longer use this in a song. Apart from its use in written communication with strangers (letters), it's even deemed a bit old-fashioned in the UK now.

    So maybe an artist from:
    -Vietnam
    -Thailand
    -Indonesia
    -Laos
    -Cambodia (Khmer)
    -Philippines (Pinoy)
    -India (?)

(China or Japan would be rather unlikely - but who knows?)

Any ideas you connaisseurs of Asian pop here?

Default Here's what I can understand:

    Oh, Sunday morning
I love your lazy sun shining
    Into my room
    Into my life
    Again I'm ready
    To play the game
To be again your pretty Sunday wife
    Sunday wife
Oh, just to be your Sunday wife again
    The week is all there
    You had my feet
    You opened the door
You bring the smiles of the street to me
And fly through a deep sky
    Blue sky
Allow me, I am your Sunday wife
    Good morning dear
    Good morning
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday
    Sunday evening...
